Tradition

Building Custom Homes for Three Generations

Every family has them… and in the Condon family… real estate is tradition… a way of life. For over fifty years the Condon family name has been synonymous with excellence in real estate. It all began back In 1948 when Pat Condon’s father, B J “Bunny” Condon joined the Mel Foster Company. Three generations later, nine Condon family members have served the Quad Cities as Mel Foster agents…and four Condon’s as professional home builders. Twenty years ago Pat Condon established J.P. CONDON INC. as a land development and residential new home construction firm. But, prior to being a home builder, Pat Condon also spent many years as a condominium marketing specialist and design consultant. Expanding his real estate services, Pat later established and managed the Mel Foster Co. Property Management Division for 15 years. Today, Pat actively serves on the Quad City Home Builders board of directors. More than just sales agents and general contractors, Pat and his family are considered industry leaders as Realtors, home builders, and land developers.

Imagination

Truly Custom

It’s what separates the ordinary from the extra ordinary. It separates the so-so from the sublime. It’s the bridge between “This can’t be done” and “Why didn’t someone think of it sooner?” You won’t find a home builder who values imagination more than Pat Condon. J.P. CONDON INC. So, before you employ just any contractor to build your next house…do your homework. Ask around town, ask any area Realtor then talk to Pat’s past customers…you’ll hear the same story from everyone you talk to…”Pat is always a step ahead of the competition when it comes to design creativity, value added features, and affordability.” And, when you think about it…isn’t that what you want from your builder

It’s the wisdom and guidance you receive at no extra cost when selecting a time tested professional who has build over 100 custom built homes.” I seldom tell my customers what to do…but, I often help them avoid those little mistakes… those I wish I hadn’t done those errors clients might fail to recognize until it’s too late.”

Over a thousand customers can’t be wrong…
